We take immense pride in the craftsmanship of our linen sets and have made every effort to display the colors and textures of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of any color will be perfectly precise. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.

4. Shipping and At-Door Inspection

  • Delivery Timeframes: Standard domestic delivery within Egypt requires 1 to 6 days.
  • Complimentary Shipping: Orders exceeding 2000 EGP automatically qualify for complimentary standard shipping.
  • At-Door Try-On: To ensure absolute satisfaction, we permit you to try the garment while our courier waits at your door. If you choose to refuse the order during this immediate inspection, you will only be responsible for the standard delivery fee.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Our return procedures are governed by our official Refund Policy. By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you also agree to the following core return conditions:

  • Timeframe: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a free exchange or return.
  • Condition: Garments must be returned in pristine condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags securely attached.
  • Defective Goods: Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 3 days of delivery to qualify for a complimentary replacement with no additional shipping fees.
  • Refund Issuance: All approved refunds are processed securely and exclusively via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash.

6. Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information for all transactions made on our store. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by unauthorized dealers, resellers, or distributors.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt.
