Conditions for Return & Exchange

• Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Garments must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags securely attached.
• Defective Items: In the rare event you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will provide a complimentary replacement with no additional shipping fees. This must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

At-Door Inspection

To ensure your absolute satisfaction, you are welcome to try the item on while our courier waits at your door. If the fit or style is not to your liking during this immediate inspection, you may refuse the order and will only be responsible for the delivery fee.

Refund Process

Once a returned item is received at our facility and its condition is confirmed, refunds are processed securely and exclusively via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash. Please allow up to 7 days after we receive the item for the transfer to be completed.
